What a delightful appearance! I work in film and television, and I think it's a very good idea to reach out to a variety of audiences with news of UNICEF's work. Clay was able to get in several solid mentions to another demographic, that of the late night talk show viewer. And I enjoyed his comic take on his experiences: after all, where there is hope, there is laughter.
Just as you are doing with the donations link for the "Days of Our Lives" wedding, reaching out to various audiences is a good way to bring in people who might not otherwise hear of UNICEF's mission. In that case, and with "Jimmy Kimmel Live," a casual mention could well lead to more people checking out what UNICEF stands for and deciding to give their support.
By the way, is there a final figure for the $100,000 in 10 days appeal? I saw that it was over $181,000, but it was mentioned that a final figure would be posted when the checks were accounted for. Thanks!
