Carmen Inglott:

I come from Malta and the number of refugees from Africa which arrive daily and many times they are found dead floating between Africa and Malta is something moving. I believe that before people are educated to recpect whichever party is in politics and democracy reigns without any dictators, Africa can never stand on its feet. At least teach the ones who live in peace. I saw a documentry on CNN where the chief of a group of Africans only had a few mobiles to contact the outside world. They grew 1,000 cabbages before even knowing where to market them. Obviously they ate a few of the cabbages but the rest were thrown away. This is what the world has to aim at teach the ones who want to learn and automatically the rest will follow.
