12 Days of UNICEF: Day 1, Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez is a recording artist, actress and designer who was appointed UNICEF Ambassador in September 2009. Selena has taken an active role in advocating for the world’s most vulnerable children by participating in numerous campaigns, events, and initiatives on behalf of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF.
Christmas is my favorite day of the year. I love being able to slow down and enjoy time with my family this way. I have so many great memories, and one tradition I have come to look forward to every year is making cheesecake with my Aunt Laveda. Every year we get together and make food all day long, and the last thing is always the cheesecake. The holidays would not be the same without this special touch. I have even shared this recipe on the CBS Early Show.

Christmas is my favorite time, and holiday of all days! I look foward to spending time with my family, and doing things together making memories every time. I have so many memories, and we have a “special” tradition where we open on gift on Christmas Eve and the rest on Christmas.
