Acqua for Life Fans Can Double Their Support of UNICEF with a $5 Text this September

Brand new this year, the company is extending its support of the UNICEF Tap Project—the U.S. Fund for UNICEF’s initiative to help raise critical awareness of the global water crisis and provide funds for UNICEF’s water, sanitation and hygiene programs for children—beyond their traditional March “Acqua for Life” cause-related marketing campaign and is adding in a second period for Acqua for Life fans to join Giorgio Armani Beauty in supporting UNICEF this September through a matching text-to-give campaign.

From September 1-30, for every person who texts “ACQUA” to UNICEF (864233) and donates $5 to support the UNICEF Tap Project, Giorgio Armani Fragrances will match each donation*, thereby doubling texters’ impact. 

This year’s initiative will support UNICEF’s water, sanitation and hygiene programs for children in Mauritania, Togo, Cameroon and Vietnam. With $1, UNICEF can provide a child with clean, safe drinking water for 40 days.
