IKEA’s Soft Toys for Education Support UNICEF
New Fairy-tale themed creatures join the Soft Toys for Education family
A few new members have joined the soft toy family to help bring educational opportunities to children around the world. The new cast of characters comes to us from a fairy-tale forest depicted in a companion book, “The Princess and the Happiness,” in which readers learn that happiness can be just around the corner. New friends include GULLGOSSE Soft Toy King, NOJSIG Soft Toy Princess, KRULLIG Soft Toy Elf, SILERTARNA Soft Toy Fairy and many more.
Again this year, for every purchase from the “Soft Toys for Education Campaign” collection from November 10 to January 4, 2014, the IKEA Foundation will donate one euro (approximately $1.35) to support UNICEF and Save the Children’s global education programs.
Since 2003, funds raised through IKEA Soft Toys for Education have reached more than 10 million children through 90 projects in 46 different countries. The campaign has raised more than $74 million to provide quality education to children all around the world. For more information, visit http://www.ikeafoundation.org.
No part of the purchase price is tax-deductible. The U.S. Fund for UNICEF does not endorse any brand or product.
